1. Our Services

We offer monthly subscriptions to Google Sheets-based stock analysis tools, including the Watchlist Summary and various add-ons.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Plans are billed monthly and automatically renew.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

3. Your License to Use the Tools

When you subscribe, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the tools for your own educational research. You may not share the sheets, templates, or data with others, resell them, or use them for any commercial purpose.

4. Viewer Access

To make the one-click Refresh feature work, we grant you temporary Viewer access to our master Google Sheets. We may revoke this access at any time (for example, if your subscription ends or if these Terms are violated).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the tools as a substitute for professional financial advice

  • Share your access links or login information

  • Try to copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our scoring methods

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT ACCURACY, RESULTS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKSCORE SYSTEMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES OR OTHER DAMAGES. Our total liability to you will never exceed the total amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
